There is no support inbox yet, because there is no domain yet. Until the apex domain is registered these are the channels that actually reach us.
Issues, bugs and feature requests
The repository is public and the issue tracker is where the roadmap actually lives. This is the fastest route for anything technical.
Plugin support
Once the free versions are listed on WordPress.org, each one gets its own support forum, and that is where free-version questions belong. Pro licences get a direct channel at launch.

Early access
The waitlist opens with the first free release. Until then, watching the repository is the honest version of a waitlist — it tells you the same thing without us holding your email address.
